There is no rehearsal this week (20 February) as we’re having a half term break. At our next rehearsal on 27 February we will be revisiting Tavener ‘The Lamb’ and looking at the last two numbers in the Rutter –
Next week we will look at Tavener ‘The Lamb’, and revise movements 1-5 of the Rutter Magnificat. We are on schedule for the concert and so Mark feels we can indulge ourselves and have the week after next off (20 February) for half
This week we’ll be looking at the Purcell ‘Hail Bright Cecilia’ and Handel ‘Let their Celestial Concerts’, plus ‘Et misericordia’ (No 4) from the Rutter.
